  This is quite honestly the worst experience I've had to date with a rental company. There office and it's staff is a great representation of their lack of ethics and morals. If you rent with them be ready to have infestation issues, repairs not getting fixed as well as the inability to recieve your deposit back even if your residence is left in better condition than when you got there. Everything about this company is terrible.

  This is a terrible terrible evil rental company. I have every right by Texas law to leave my lease because I am a victim and was a victim of domestic violence in the rental home back in September 2017. I left the house absolutely spotless in the midst of my emotional disaster and for my and my children's own safety. This rental company would not acknowledge the LAW and their own lease that states I could leave on good terms with notice. That is what I Did! Now I'm getting a hit to my credit for almost 3100?!?!?! With no notice or calls from the company.
  This is why u have a great lawyer that KNOWS HIS LAWS and my rights as a tenant and will be sueing Executive Property Managment for all fees they said I "owe" amd rhen some. I'm glad I have proof of everything. This company is evil and the owner oh don't even let me start with her she is an absolute disgusting person to 1 help me and act like she cared for my situation then leave me and my 2 children to be struggling to get a home because she's greedy and hates people and obviously think she can get away with breaking the law as a landlord.
