  Do not pay upfront no matter what and make sure you get whatever they say they are going to do on paper. Tried to help the dad when he asked for money upfront because of a bind he was in and he did not keep his words for making my wife's car look great and matter of fact, kept our car for almost two months and it still look crappy!!! There was hardly no communication at all to keep us updated and no sense of urgency on his part to make it right. It seemed like we were asking too much as the customer when he promised it would be done in a specific time and we showed him the mistakes and never took care of it, even when we gave him another week to fix the faults. His son tried to take care of it but even it had some mistakes and told us to come back a week later. Then he text another week that he was backed up and come back the next following week. Then when I had to text him, he was out of town and then stopped responding to my text. So now have to suck it up and hopefully find a decent shop to try to fix the mistakes. If I could I would give it zero stars, next step to warn people is Facebook and Copperas Cove Commerce so they would know about this business in the city. Tried my best to be patience with this business and got burned. I say again try to avoid this shop, if you cannot get everything in writing. If I could I would post the the text messages to show how they burned us and being shady about it. i also include a picture of our car remote which clearly shows water or someone step on it, which somehow they cannot do nothing about it. I think we should go see a lawyer first, that is how bad this business was with us.
